  • Architected a Django and Celery data platform that unifies customer, membership, booking, and revenue data from Mindbody, Bond Sports, SmartWaiver, Beambox, and venue systems in HubSpot.

  • Own the HubSpot CRM model, including custom player objects and associations, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and leadership dashboards for revenue, retention, and engagement.
  • Automated financial reporting across multiple point-of-sale systems and locations, coordinating scheduled collection with vendor engineering teams.
